All orders are typically shipped within 2-3 business days of order placement. If you need expedited shipping, please email us at store@seraph7.com. We ship using FedEx, UPS or United States Postal Service (USPS). The FedEx and UPS shipping rates are calculated real time using the weight of the product, shipping method chosen (i.e. ground, express, etc.) and the destination.
International orders are typically shipped using USPS. FedEx options are available. Please feel free to contact me regarding international orders. Taxes incurred in home country are the responsibility of the buyer, not Seraph7.
Shipping fees for returns are at the expense of the buyer.

Returns
Returns will be accepted for items returned within 10 days. Please contact us via email or phone to let us know a return is on the way. Items must be in new, unused/unworn condition and in their original packaging. Items returned within 10 days are eligible for a credit refund, exchange or store credit. Any items returned after 10 days are eligible for exchange or store credit only. |
